Return Policy

Accepts Returns Only under the following conditions :

Returned items must be in original sealed packaging.

Returned items must be unused / unworn.

Returned must be received within 30 days of delivery date*.

All Sales are Final for customers who use Afterpay as their order payment method.

No returns will be accepted on items made from 14k Gold or Sterling Silver,Custom or Personalized items.

How do I return an item?

Email us (Monday – Friday 9am -5pm EST) with the following information:

Order Number

Item to return

Item condition

Why item is being returned 

We will get back to you within 24 – 48 Business Hours. We are closed on Saturday & Sunday, as well as ALL major HOLIDAYS.

Once your item is received we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the item received was damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will receive store credit for the exact price you pay for the product(s) minus any fees and/or coupons used if applicable.

Return Policy Regarding Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you received a broken or defective item, please email our Customer Service  (Monday – Friday 9am -5pm EST).Free replacement.

Return Policy on Custom and Personalized Items:

Because custom and personalized jewelry is made to order with specific customer requirements in mind, we are not able to process returns for any Custom or Personalized items. All sales are final on these items.
